Merit Traveller

Merit Traveller is our mobile and browser based solution ideal for officers in the field, officers in remote locations and external service providers. The Merit Traveller solution is optimised for smart phones and tablets and enables field personnel to focus on getting the job done thus improving productivity and eliminating double handling.

Merit Traveller is also used for providing access to Merit CRM from outside of a client's network. For example, many Merit CRM Local Government clients provide access to Merit CRM to their contractors e.g. Waste Contractors and After Hours Providers.

Merit Traveller provides the following capabilities in real time:
  • Creation of new requests
  • Access to allocated actions (tasks)
  • Access to request history
  • Completion of actions
  • Adding notes and updates to actions
  • Adding attachments, including photographs
  • Automatic email and SMS notifications to Customers
  • Searching for requests, names and addresses
  • Displays Maps and Property & Rating information
