The Merit App is a native app for use by IOS or Android. The App provides the ability for customers to easily create and track requests via their mobile, with these requests being managed directly in CRM like all the other avenues. Our App also provides an opportunity for your organisation to promote Information and Services such as news and events and waste collection dates. Our App is branded for each organisation and ensures we provide a total customer service solution.

If you already have an App, we can easily integrate to it with our Merit Web Services tool ensuring that all requests received are saved and managed directly in Merit CRM eliminating double handling. If you use ‘Snap Send Solve’ then we can integrate directly into the Merit system.
