Event Management & Bookings

The workflow of Merit CRM supports reservations and management of events, as well as the advanced booking of services.

Event Management:

Management of events is streamlined with Merit CRM. Whether the event is for 10 people or 10,000 people, the system can be set-up to easily manage the following:

  • Date and time of event
  • Total number of attendees for event
  • Registration of attendees for event
  • Actions and associated time-frames for users involved with planning and preparing for the event

In addition, the standard features of Merit CRM (such as notification and reminders, attachments, and the flexible workflow features) enable the organising and running of events with complete confidence.

Bookings:

The bookings option enables services to be 'booked' out in advance, and provides for scheduling of the bookings based on date and time. Booked services could include assets (such as hard garbage pick-ups) or resources (such as health inspections or appointments).
